This course offers advanced learning allowing students to access the positions of Profit Centre Manager ; Business Unit Director ; Entrepreneur. This training will allow you to effectively put into place the management and direction of different departments in a company.

Our philosophy

IES Business School draws its strength from its teaching methods. In our top management school, excellence goes hand in hand with benevolence. The courses, with small classes of 25 people maximum, are taught by internationally renowned teachers. Each student benefits from individualised follow-up, with a tutor, a digital booklet for academic and professional project follow-up. Capacity building, via theatre workshops and public speaking classes in particular, and skills development are implemented, as well as work on managerial values. In our school, the student is at the centre. This is our pride. 

The course

The Master in Management and Business Strategy gives access to positions in company and business management or as a consultant in strategy and organisation. The diploma obtained at the end of this course is RNCP level 7. 

During your two years at IES Business School, you will receive solid entrepreneurial skills in areas such as strategic business development, strategic recruitment, change and innovation management and ICT and business software. To enter this programme, you need to have a minimum of three years’ higher education. 

You will have the choice between an initial training or a sandwich course*. For initial students, there will be work placements in companies. If you are tempted by an international study period, you can leave during your fifth year. Once you have obtained your diploma, these professional opportunities will open up to you: Profit Centre Manager, Branch Manager, Project Manager, Entrepreneur, Company Director, Business Unit Director.

*Extra-EU students can choice the sandwich course only from their second year in France.
